Blind and deaf Universal Credit claimants ‘humiliated’ by benefits bosses

I have raised such concerns with a Local DWP manager, who assures me that home assessment can be arranged and also assessments with Independent Advocates can be present.

Was I being lied to or are DWP assessors not aware of what can be arranged.

Or do DWP assessors really care?
