A schoolboy has been hospitalised in critical condition after being set alight by bullies in Ukraine.
Kyrylo Yatsun, eight, suffered horrific burns to 35 per cent of his body following the shocking incident which occurred in Dnipro, Ukraine’s fourth-largest city.
The boy is said to have been playing in the courtyard near his apartment block when he was attacked by local bullies several years older than him.
What is wrong with the World, because it appears that many are unable to live with ine another in their communities and countries.
You would have thought that by the 21st Century the ability to live in peace and harmony would not be hard, but a certain minority either do not appear to understand or do not wish to.
Why is there an apparent breakdown in Law and Order within many countries?
