  1. Previous Governments and especially this current one have ignored Social Care, which has been under funded for at least the last 40 years, but austerity cuts have exacerbated the situation to make the previous level of crisis into a much greater crisis.

    If serious action is not taken immediately, then there will not be any Social Care to speak of.

    As to the promised Paper on Social Care which they state is a Green Paper, could it be that it start as a White Paper and became Green due to mould?
