Since when being an asylum seeker is classed as a criminal offence, it would appear in the US, this is something which one could expect with a country with no law and order, not supposedly one of the main, so called, civilised countries in the world.
If anything the US, certainly in this aspect, should be the criminal, or at least the Trump administration, even to Trump himself.
