This should be unbelievable, but then with Trump nothing is unbelievable.
He does not have a clue on the limitations of his office as President.
I feel he believed being President gave him unlimited power and therefore he could do anything and he would get away with it. To some extent his belief has come true, but that is not down to the Power of Office, but the lack of control and accountability of the Republican Party and the way they are using, or more to the point not using the power of the Senate.
Trump has no respect for the American Constitution, that is if he is actually aware of its existence and to a large extent the lack of will to abide by the Constitution by the Republican Senate and the Republican Party.
