This is so confusing both the White administration, White House press secretary Kayleigh McEnany and his personal lawyer appear to believe the Supreme Court judgement was a win for Trump, well before the election day, but Trump believed otherwise by way of his Tweets.
Trump certainly, as the President, should be able to contain his emotions, but appears unable to do so, this could cause major problems should this happen in dealing with situations with regards to other countries and their leaders, for wars have started for much less.
