Unfortunately schools and many other organisation are more concerned about their, image, rating,etc rather than pupils and the ‘Rule of Law’.
All the incidents mentioned in the article and many others which are not are ‘Hate Crimes’ and the full extent of the law should be given to anyone who creates these racist incidents and anyone or any organisation which does nothing when they are brought to their attention, for they are condoning them and are as guilty as the racist thugs who create the incidents.
The next problem would be to convince the police to investigate and then the CPS to prosecute.
No form of racism, no matter who is the perpetrator and no matter from where, can be allowed to continue so every instance needs to be put through a legal prosecution.
