Police in South Yorkshire are carrying out random patrols on buses to ensure those who are not exempt are wearing masks or other face coverings.

  1. It is good to see South Yorkshire Police in Sheffield are checking on people wearing face-masks on public transport.

    However, why not the same with shoppers, as today a South Yorkshire Police spokespersons say they will not be responding to calls regarding people not wearing face-masks in shops, because they do not have the resources.

    Why not be consistent, or is transport a greater priority than shops, because the health outcome is a major priority whether it be transport or shops.
