Ursula von der Leyen accidentally SUPPORTS Brexit in vaccine apology | Daily Mail Online

After Brexit we should all be looking to the future and not the past, for what has been done has already gone.

The UK still wishes to work with Europe, but not controlled by the EU, for while many european countries are in the EU, the EU is not Europe, the EU just a political machine working for its own existence, which may or may not be of 100% benefit to all of the European countries who are members of the EU.

The Trumpian EU has demolished its final reasons for existing

The EU has showed what it really is a ‘bully’ and its complete disregard for for anyone who does not agree with it 100%.

This instance is not the first for there are a number, such as the treatment of Greece from 2009.

But, in the current instance not only was the UK and Northern Ireland

aggrieved, but also many countries within the EU, Ireland for one

The EU needs to understand that it should discuss, and not govern dictatorially, but they have had years doing the latter and rarely challenged by EU member countries, with the possible exception of the UK, while it was a member.

Vaccine war brewing as EU demands Covid jabs produced in UK | The Independent

Again the EU wants to take on the UK, but who is correct for you can’t expect any contract to not be respected.

The UK contract is with AstraZeneca and not the EU, and we are not responsible for any assumed noncompliance with a contract which has nothing to do with the UK.

Should the EU retaliate by putting a trade block on Pfizer BioNTech exporting their vaccine to the UK, then the UK could retaliate by putting a Trade block on Oxford/AstraZeneca exporting their vaccine to the EU.

Both would be against international trading rules, but who went first.

Should the EU be so vindictive, then who would trust the EU ever again.

To mitigate any problems the UK should immediately stop using the Pfizer BioNTech for first vaccines and recommence using for second vaccines, then use Oxford/AstraZeneca for first and second vaccines and so on in Spring 2021 for the Modena vaccine.

Yes, it is childish and 2 wrongs do not make a right, but if the EU want to be childish then what should be done, well the EU should act responsively as they stated they wanted the UK to do when we threatened to break International Law when we were negotiating the Brexit Trade Agreement.

Vaccines. The United Kingdom v a “rules-based organisation”. | Conservative Home

Boris and his Government have made many mistakes leading to substantial failures during this COVID-19 pandemic, but the vaccine situation would appear to be the one and only success.

However, this does not discount the many failures.

Here it is the EU who have failed, but their over  bureaucratic nature means they are unwilling to accept their failure and thereby are causing alarm and concern to an independent country (UK) to overcome this failure.

This can’t be allowed to happen and therefore the EU will have to backdown, something which is not akin to them.

If we were still in the EU none of us would have had any COVID-19 vaccinations, let alone being an European leader.

Unfortunately, the EU will not countenance any UK successes, the EU is showing isolationism and putting the EU first above all others, now where have I heard and seen something similar, well would you believe it, 4 years of President Trump in the US.

How many more DWP deaths will there be?

The figures speak for themselves, so no one should be in any doubt about the intentions of this Tory and previous Tory Governments in their will to decimate the population of disabled people.

Yesterday 27 January 2021 was Holocaust Memorial Day and the Tories are as guilty as the Nazis, the Serbs and others in the massacre of sections of their community by numerous methods

insufficient funding of Social Care

insufficient funding of Community Care

Sanctions on benefit claimants

COVID-19 scandals in Care Homes

insufficient vaccine priority for persons with Learning Disabilities and/or Autism

and many others

Boris has stated he and his Government have done the best they can during COVID-19, well if that is their best I would not wish to see their worst

Then to ‘Cap It’ he stated the immortal phrase ‘Lessons would be Learnt’, well from my 71 years of experience of life I have never seen that lessons have been learnt, is this due to, not wishing to learn, no funding to learn, inability to learn or others I can’t really say, although I assume funding will play a big part, but in effect it could be a mixture of them all.

So, unfortunately I can’t see anyway learning can be improved, unless all of the above are reversed and them some.

Govt Newspeak

Mum, 27, took fatal overdose after litany of 28 failings in DWP benefit claim, I don’t call it failings I call it culpable manslaughter! Time and time again we saw death after death and the DWP refused to act or denied that there was a problem, whilst we saw death after death because of the DWP’s negligence. Sadly, I have written/reblogged many articles about DWP deaths and they never fail to upset me, mainly because my own husband truthfully admits he’d have been one of “collateral damage” if I hadn’t have fought tooth and nail for him

Fury as BBC calls dead IRA terrorist a ‘veteran’: Bosses apologise to families | Daily Mail Online

Another own goal by the BBC, funded by UK TV licence payers, is this how they respect the UK, surely enough is enough and the TV licence should be scrapped.

Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene Liked Posts Calling For Killing Democratic Politicians: Reports | HuffPost UK

This is really disturbing and shows how FAKE facts can influence activists.

While I respect ‘Freedom of Speech’ there is some speech where it is debatable to allow, especially should this be to incite the breakdown of ‘Law and Order’.

Who’s Exempt From Wearing Masks?

While I agree that exemptions from wearing face-masks are necessary I also feel that some people who just objection to wearing face-masks and are not officially exempt will abuse the current exemption system and just download the exemption notice.

It may be that the people who would abuse the exemption system will be minimal, but that could be so, for people who abuse the Blue Disability badge.

Should that be so, then there should be a similar provision for exemption from wearing face-masks as there is for having a Blue disability badge.

When face-masks were made mandatory it was felt this would only be so for a short period as the COVID-19 would disappear eventually, especially when there are vaccines available.

But, as it may now be that there are many persons refusing to have the vaccines, then the expected full immunity within and outwith the UK may not occur and face-masks will need to be worn for much longer and this could be for the foreseeable future and may be forever. If there was to be a vaccine passport suitably dated and renewed on every vaccine a person has, then persons having a vaccine passport may then be exempt, but this will be dependent on whether persons vaccinated will not be able to then transmit the virus. But with mutations this may not be possible.

I, therefore, feel the Government have, not only, to issue vaccine passports, but have an official face-mask exemption system.

This will provide more support for the wearing of face-masks and diminish those who are prepared to abuse the exemption.

This will not only make everyone feel safer, but will eliminate the challenges to those persons who are officially exempt from wearing face-masks.

Same Difference

“My heart races, I get really hot and start sweating, I start shaking, all the noise in the shop seems to get louder and the lights seem to get brighter.”

That’s how it feels when Georgina Spray puts on a face covering.

The 21-year-old has autism and is exempt from wearing one. But she’s so worried about being confronted, she chooses to put one on anyway.

The problem for Georgina is there’s still no official way of proving you’re exempt.

Face coverings are compulsory in almost all public indoor areas across the UK.

And with many of the big supermarkets saying they’ll deny entry to people who don’t wear masks unless there’s a genuine reason, Georgina worries the chance of abuse rises.

So, who counts as ‘exempt’?

The list is long and fairly vague. Around the UK advice is slightly different but in general, if you can’t put one on…

‘Vintage white rage’: Why the riots were about the perceived loss of white power

The actions of supposed Trump supporters in Washington DC and their invasion of the US Capitol building and wanton destruction of areas within the building are a blight on Society.

These rioters or more correctly terrorists, feel they have lost or losing the right of white supremacy, but, in reality this assumed right should never have been there. In fact, supremacy of any racial element should never be allowed, for we all have a right to life and be respected in any country in which we reside. Colour, gender, religion, ethnicity and any other areas should not have a right to have power over others.

People have to learn to live together and that no one should have any supremacy over others.

The white settlers who populated what is now known as America, used their superior power to overcome the Native Americans and this again was not right, for the white settlers invaded any other country and did not respect the original inhabitants.

But this was at a time of Colonial power, when the Western Colonial powers used the superior fire power to invade and suppress the native in habitants of many countries, which they believed were inferior. But they were not inferior, but different and that should never be an excuse to discriminate against others.

With the forthcoming President Elect Joe Biden this is an opportunity for all Americans to show they can respect each other and be able to live together for the good of each other and America. In doing this they will set a good example to others in other counties of this World and by doing so, will show that America is Great, but not Great Again, for they were never Great only assumed Great due to the abuse of power they exerted on others.

The isolationism shown by Trump is and never was Great for America, but by showing respect for each other Great can be said.

Lets all embrace togetherness and do not look on the bad examples of the past on the way to live now. The past can never be changed, now and the future can be.

Capitol breach prompts urgent questions about security failures – The Washington Post

This was and is a disgraceful state of affairs, but it has been coming ever since Trump joined the Presidential election of 2016 and even more so since he became President.

The Republican Party has by degree or design allowed him enormous leeway and Trump is adept in using this to his advantage, in fact, believing that it amounts to acceptance of his actions.

In fact, in viewing some of the actions of the law enforcement at the US Capital building it may even be true that they are in agreement with Trump. This is especially so, when barriers were removed by some law officers, thereby offering even more encouragement to Trump’ mob.

This action by Trump and his supporters has been forecast for sometime and now it has come to fruition.

If the required actions are not taken against Trump and his supporters, then this can only get worse.
