Human Rights are extremely important but in granting these Rights it could mean the Rights of one could supercede the Rights of another, but that does not mean that Rights of one should not be granted, but does mean that great care needs to be taken in drafting any legistration, which in many instances is not always apparent. This means that some challenges could well occur, which then could well lead to very costly and lengthy court proceedings.

This then leads to how Parliamentarians vote, when we have Elections to any parliament who are we really voting for, is it a Party or an Individual for both are on the Ballot Paper.

A MP or MSP are said to be the voice of their constituents, not just those who voted for them, but everyone of their constituents. No mention is made of Party Politics when, in effect, they play a major part as use of Party Whips implies, is that not what dictators do!!, when we say we live in a democracy.

So, effectively all MPs or MSPs should always vote how they feel all their constituents wish them to, not how their Party dictates or how they themselves wish. Not an easy task for anyone.

Religion has led to many conflicts, many in the name of Christianity, which in every way goes against the teachings of Christianity.

In fact, Chrisianity has been the cause of many invasions and not all military over many years, too many years and has led to much cruelty. You only have to look at the Missionaries invasion of Africa to see this, all in the name of spreading the ‘Word’, but it led to the plunder of many riches, gold, diamonds and human trafficing to the Americas, thereby extending ‘slavery’ and the deaths of many Africian slaves in the transporting to the Americas and on the plantations of the West Indies and Southern States of America.

After all some in the Southern States of America would welcome slavery to return.

But really, we are all human beings and there should be no reason why we all can’t live in peace together, but there is major coruption and  too much power in certain areas and with individuals.

Much more equality is what is needed and the respect of human rights.

I must say I am no fan of ‘I’m a Celebrity and this, apparent racist connection only makes me more so and it’s applied connotations to ‘Strictly Come Dancing’ again not a favourate programme of mine, as I an no fan of any reality programme, so the apparent coming back of ‘Big Brother’ is filling me with dread.

But, apparent racism in the reality voting is even more of a dread.

The UK is and always will be a multicultural country and in my opinion far better for it. But, racism in any form needs countered for it is an unhealthy experience, especially for persons who are non-white.

Without a strong multiculturalism the UK will fail to exist and many professions are totally reliant on non-white inclusion. The NHS for one the care profession for another and many more.

But there are many professions where racism appears to be rife and not only racism, but, also accounts of gender discrimination. One only has to look at the Police and especially the MET Police and now apparently the Fire Brigade, or is it only the London Fire Brigade, we will have to wait and see.

We import a lot from America, but their concentration on racism is one that we should not.

Unfortunately, racism will never go away, as there will always be, I hope a very small number of racists and not only in the white communities for all communities have some degree of racism in them, but the attitudes of the white population go a long way to breed racism in other cultures.

We all should be viewed and treated as equals, with race, gender, disability, sexuality and others not being countered in the way we react to each other for there are good and not so good in all areas of life and we should all embrace each other.

It makes life for everyone so much easier, especially in these dark days of ecconomic disparity for we all need each other.

Lets make the UK a great place to be for everyone and use that as an example to other countries where their way of life may not be as good.

Putin is continuing to lose on all fronts, when will the Russian population come to realise that the only enemy of Russia is their own President Vladimir Putin. He is the only cause for the Russian troops being killed and the increasing criticism of Russian activities in Ukraine.

The once believed respect for Russia is continuing to be eroded and Putin is totally to blame for this. His unnecessary and totally unfounded invasion of Ukraine should never have taken place. But Putin’s total control of the Russian media means that the Russian population are being forced fed totally unproven and extremely incorrect information regarding Ukraine and its actions towards Russian supporting residents in Ukraine.

But by Putin’s illegal invasion of Ukraine it is so much more likely that Ukraine will become a member of NATO as will other countries bordering Russia who are currently not NATO members.

As to Putin’s threats to ‘nuke’ Ukrainian troops attacking illegal Russian troops in Ukraine should this occur it will also mean that nearby areas of Russia will also be affected by nuclear contamination thereby inflicting more Russian deaths, that will be Putin’s eventual epitaph, as the only Russian President to inflict nuclear contamination and deaths onto Russians.

The Russian population needs to urgently be enlightened that they are in very grave danger from Putin. For the sake of sanity Russia and it’s population need to be safeguarded for their own protection. Their enemy is not Ukraine and the West, but their very own President Vladimir Putin and his Kremlin supporters.

There are terrorists in Russia, but they are President Vladimir Putin and his Kremlin associates.

The Human Rights of Russians are not being respected by their own President Vladimir Putin.

Woman ‘sandwiched between two obese people’ on American Airlines flight is rebuffed by airline | Daily Mail Online

An Australian-American conservative political commentator found herself ‘sandwiched’ between two supremely overweight passengers on a recent American Airlines flight.

What is exactly an Australian American, surely you are either Australian or American, as this women studied her DNA and she is only a percentage American and Australian, when people can be a varied mixture of ethnicities. Then she had the audacity to label 2 persons obese, could it be that she is so thin. If she is that particular then she should have paid the premium so she could select the size seat that works best for her.

Good on American Airlines to rebuke her and so publicly, for you pay for what you get. She paid the standard fare and therefore should not expect special privledges, so what if she is a conservative political commentator, as she should not and doesn’t deserve special treatment.

She is guilty of abusing her fellow passengers and not respecting their Human Rights, she is extremely lucky not to being served a litigation order.

DWP Refusing To Follow Recommendations During Cost Of Living Crisis – The poor side of life

Under the cover of Queen Elizabeths death the DWP (Department of work and Pensions) have been busy inflicting cruelty upon claimants. They never miss a chance to show their hatred of social securit…

The DWP should be there to assist claimants, but, in fact, there whole agenda is to do the opposite, more than likely under the orders of this Government. This requires action in every way on every occasion to force the DWP to comply, as they will only do so after a formal legal decision from the Courts and even then they will fight all the way and when eventually ordered to do so, will do it as slowly as possible.

It appears to be run by robots who have been programmed to work in the most unempathetic and demoralising way possible.

This is showing they have no respect for human rights, safeguarding, just to punish claimants for being there.

This is greatly worrying, especially as the NHS has been told not to ‘blasnket’ using ‘do not resusitate; without the knowdge of the person or their family. This is very blatent discrimination against persons with disabilities, which to all purpose is illegal, but has anyone been arrested, let alone sentenced. This is extremely wrong and is in no way respecting choice.

Where is the equality, as no one should be more equal tham others. A life is a life an d disabilities should not be a poart of the process, for surely, this is a human right as well as being illegal.

How flying could be improved for passengers who use wheelchairs – The Washington Post

The Transportation Department has announced several measures, but advocates say progress is too slow.

This is disgraceful and very discrimitary for a wheelchair is an intergrel part of a person, as it is realy the equivalent of the legs of a non-wheelcair user and no one would expect a person to become adrift of their legs.

But profit is deemed more important than the human rights of persons who use wheelchairs.

In planes there should be either specific places where people in wheelchairs could continue to sit in their wheelchairs as there are in all other forms of transport, or seats should be able to be removed in order that a wheelchair could be placed instead. Much of this would require isles on planes to be much wider, thereby reducing the seating capacity, hence a loss of revenue and profits.

Also the rights to damages and compensation should be more available and should be paid in days of a claim being made, if not immediately.

Un til then persons in wheelchairs are not being granted the same rights as other passengers which should be illegal.

The airlines are effectively guilty of a lack of Duty of Care.

Pay is a key reason for the social care workforce crisis, says Simon Bottery. Nearly 400,000 careworkers would be financially better off working in supermarkets.

This articles states the state of how it is for care workers, especially on pay compared to supermarkets a hospital support workers. Pay for care workers is one of the major reasons why there is a distinct shortage of care workers in the UK. This leads to lack of capacity in social care, so many persons in need of social care are unable to receive it, thereby causing many health inequalities, thus causing more impact on the NHS, with conscequences of increasing the crisis in the NHS. This is due to more persons needing access to the NHS due to insufficiencies of social care and so hospital admission are increasing. However, the lack of social care is also affecting discharges, as where a patient will need home care of temporary care home access, there is an insufficiency, hence the discharge is delayed, thereby causing ‘bed blocking’. This then means A&E can’t move patients to wards due to beds unavailable, which in turn means ambulances can’t move patients in ambulances into A&E due to no A&E being full. This then means there is a shortages of ambulances to take new patients to hospitals causing ambulance staff and patients at home great concern that the required help is being considerably delayed, causing not only the distress to patients, but further increasing deteriorations to their health and in a number of instances their deaths.

In all of this the blame is put on hospitals, A&E and ambulances, when the real blame on on non-listening and inactive Governments, being the current and all past Governments.

Put the accountability where it should be on the Government and the respective Government Ministers.

Duty of care is exceedingly important and hospitals, A&E and ambulances are doing all they can and maybe more, but this Government and all previous Governments have not taken on board their own Duty of Care, thus creating many safeguarding concerns which have to be dealt wit, even though there is the insufficiency of funding,, but safeguarding is a main priority and is first for funding. So, the lack of funding resources is being further depleated due to Government inaction and apparent non-concern.

Austerity cuts from 2010 are a major reason why Local authirities are not able to fund social care as it needs to be, which this and previous Government made the austerity cuts and will not reverse them, which is needed immediately and much more.

The deaths related to COVID were monitored, where is the monitoring of deaths from lack of social care, whic h will be far greater than from COVID.

This is abuse of Government power and a dereliction of human rights.

Local Authorities (LAs) are so poorly funded after 10 years of austerity cuts and then substantial COVID costs that many do all they can to cut costs to spread the meagre funding for social care as far as they can.

This requires that many needs are left unfunded and in doing so risk legal action, but it is far from easy to undertake legal actions against LAs, due to the Government changing Legal Aid eligibility, so many persons with unmet needs fail because of LAs underfunding and them trying to spread costs further and then the person with unmet needs not being able to bring legal remedies due to the limited eligibility criteria.

This and previous Governments doing all it can to ensure vulnerable people will have many unmet needs outstanding.

But do they care, well not for the vulnerable people.
