While the feminist media swooned over speakers like comedian Samantha Bee and politician Hillary Clinton at a recent conference, they paid little attention to others addressing the horrors committed against women abroad – or, more specifically, the plight of women enslaved by ISIS. On Friday, Women for Women International founder Zainab Salbi interviewed two women on ISIS’ abuse of those who identify as Yazidi, a minority religion primarily located in northern Iraq.

Russian President Vladimir Putin convened a meeting of Russia’s Security Council this morning, and on this occasion there is no doubt at all about what was the main topic of discussion.

This was a horrendous atrocity which is currently being invetigated by the French authorities, who currently can find no trace of any connection with any terrorist organisation.
However, the media in their quest to bring news do publicise the terrorist organisations, their aims and what they preach. So even if Lahouaiej Bouhlel was not involved with terrorist organisations he could well have been influenced by the media, especially due to his possible state of health.
It is extremely wrong for any organisation or persons to use any of these atrocities for their own gain.
The persons in power within the world need to be extemely careful to how they react in these circumstances, for it is only a few who undertake these atrocious actions against innocent bystanders. However, the actions and rhetoric of the persons in power, could further increase the numbers who can be misled to carry out these atrocities. They should instead be concentrating on producing actions and rhetoric to lead to minimising the circumstances in which people can be mislead and not those that lead to exacerbating the occurrences.
The attack on a seaside promenade killed 84 people and 202 others; four acquaintances of the attacker have been detained.
