A case of not knowing how to deal with it and hoping it will go away.
Abuse not dealt with just multiplies and is down to poor or no management skills.

In 1970s blokey parlance, Corbyn thinks the best way for dealing with abuse is to grow a pair.
Meanwhile, in 2016, responsible employers do not tell their staff, male or female, that the best way to deal with abuse, physical or verbal, is to ignore it. Instead they urge their staff to report instances of such abuse to their manager so the appropriate action may be taken.

No matter who wins the Labour election there could be a split, for I believe some of those MPs who do not support Corbyn and he wins could well be deselected by their Constituency Partys.

So a bunch of Labour MP’s feel workers should be sent home if the temperature exceeds 30 degrees, but do they mean all workers. If they mean themselves, they do not count, as the temperature in the House, is mainly hot air being expressed by MP’s and secondly, they did say workers.
But, as to all workers, this would mean that all hospitals and care organisations would have to close, who would look after patients and care home residents, no Police, fire officers. Even at home, what could you do, there would be no electricity and gas or even water. You could not go to some other venue as these would also be closed.
These Mp’s need to live in the real world, there are many countries that experience these and even higher temperatures for more periods of the year, than do the UK and they manage.
Unfortunately in the UK, we are never satisfied, we grumble when its cold, when its wet, when its windy, in fact we just grumble.
Lets be thankful we are alive and live in relative peace.
