There are a few forces in the World today who appear to wish to bring on World War 3, Kim Jong-un, Trump, Israel and the Fundamental Right and all should be countered for WW3 will, if it comes, will be apocalyptic for the majority of the Worlds population and to what end.

The World, today, may not be good place, but it is all our lives at stake and none should be lost due to the actions of the Warmongers, never today, tomorrow or anytime within the future.

Yesterday, Trump announced that he was going to move the American embassy from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem. This is what the Israelis have been demanding for years, but previous administrations have not given into them, because they were very much aware that this would set off a powder keg of rage and hostility across the Middle East. Jerusalem was taken from the Palestinians, and still contains a sizable Arab population. The Israeli nationalist right would love it to be the capital of their nation, but it is also claimed by the Palestinians.

There have been mass protests and riots against Trump’s decision all over the Middle East. RT yesterday put up this footage of Israeli squaddies or the police trying to put down protesters or rioters in Bethlehem yesterday.

Trump Wants to Publish List Immigrant Crimes, Just Like Nazis Did to Jews

These are indeed very worrying times for there is crime and job losses in all sections of each community and no one section should be vilified more than the others.

Racists are also terrorists, because they wish to bring down the current order for their own ends and that is against democracy.

Trump came to power as one section of the American community felt disillusioned with how they believed they have and are being treated and Trump jumped on this to say what they wished to hear and given them an illusion that he can bring back what they feel they have lost.

But this loss will also have been in all sections of the community, who are also disillusioned.

For Trump to go anywhere near to bring back the assumed losses the current progression in technology will need to be reversed as automation is one big factor, especially on job losses. But in doing so in manufacturing this will increase production costs, which will result in the items being produced to be more expensive, while the rest of the world will be progressing using the new and future technology. American goods will therefore be more expensive to the wider world and the goods will need to be only for the home market.

In the short term this may appear to produce some short term gains, but in the long term it will create an even greater loss, because the industries will be stagnating.

Trump, therefore is using a short term policy or policies to create more wealth for himself and others like him, while they are also creating more wealth outside America.

This is because their interests are global, but Trumps policies within America are not.

This will eventually bring down America, just as terrorism is wishing to do, so can not Trump and his like be also terrorists, so should they themselves not be banned from America.

She and the Democracy Now! team discuss Trump’s proposal to publish official lists of crimes committed in sanctuary cities – those towns where the officials are unwilling to comply with Trump’s deportations of illegal immigrants. Young Turks’ Suggestion for Defeating Trump’s Muslim Registry

This is a very short piece – less than a minute – from The Young Turks, where they talk about a suggestion from one of their viewers for defeating Trump’s proposed Muslim registry. The viewer recommends that everyone should register themselves as Muslim to overload the system. Cenk Uygur calls it ‘the I-am-Spartacus movement’, after that scene in the classic movie where the Romans ask the defeated slaves which one of them is Spartacus, and they all reply ‘I’m Spartacus’.

I’ve got my doubts about such a strategy, as I’m afraid some hardline Muslim organisations would see this not as a gesture of toleration and solidarity, but as an opportunity for mass conversion. But it remains a viable strategy to attacking this section of Trump’s own bigoted, racist and xenophobic agenda.

Counterpunch: Palestinians Wish to Sue Britain for ‘Balfour Agreement’

Last weekend’s online edition of Counterpunch carried an article by Ramzy Baroud, reporting that 99 years after the Balfour Declaration the Palestinians wish to sue Britain for giving away their homeland to the Zionist colonists. Balfour was the British Foreign Secretary, who, in a note given to Walther Rothschild, the leader of Britain’s Jewish community on 2nd November 1917, in which he pledged British support for a Jewish homeland in Palestine. Baroud quotes the letter, which read

His Majesty’s government view with favour the establishment in Palestine of a national home for the Jewish people, and will use their best endeavours to facilitate the achievement of this object, it being clearly understood that nothing shall be done which may prejudice the civil and religious rights of existing non-Jewish communities in Palestine, or the rights and political status enjoyed by Jews in any other country.

The American Court Ruling against Holocaust Denial

In my article on Saturday reviewing the book Genocide: A Critical Bibliographic Review, edited by Israel W. Charny (London: Mansell Publishing 1991) I mentioned that amongst its contents, the chapter on Holocaust Denial has a passage describing how a Neo-Nazi rag in America was successfully sued over the issue of the existence of the Holocaust. The rag stated it never happened, and challenged people to prove that it had. One man did, and when the magazine refused to pay out the sum it had promised to pay, took them to court. The judge ruled in his favour, and stated that it was more than adequately demonstrated that the Shoah was historical fact. Here’s the passage:

North Dakota Oil Pipeline: Company Destroys Native Burial Sites

If true, this is pure barbarism. I blogged earlier this week about protests by Native Americans about the North Dakota Access Pipeline, which is intended to carry oil through the lands of the Standing Rock Sioux people. The tribe are opposing it, as they fear that the pipeline will lead to the pollution of their water supply and the destruction of their lands and its ecosystem. In this piece from Democracy Now!, the anchor Amy Goodson speaks to the tribe’s lawyer, Jan Hasselman, from the chambers Earthjustice, and the tribe’s chairman Dave Archambault.

The oil company has tried a number of tactics to try to close down and disrupt the protests. Here’s a bit of good news from the anti-racism/ anti-religious extremism organisation, Hope Not Hate. Media reports of a resurgence in the Far Right are more than a little exaggerated. They aren’t experiencing a rise. In his piece for ‘The Insiders Blog’, Matthew Collins reports that the NF, BNP, English Defence League and their ilk are still small, nasty and brutal. They have about 200 members in prison, and another forty or so are on remand waiting to be sentenced. And unlike the Nazi party in late Weimar Germany and the first years of the Third Reich, they’re aren’t finding new recruits. The Far Right have less than a quarter of the membership they enjoyed at their peak in 2009, when they had 60 councillors up and down the country.

Norman Finkelstein on the Coming Break-Up of American Zionism: Part 3

Another audience member asks why it is that so many Palestinians survived in Israel, when the Israeli government was trying to cleans them. Finkelstein replies that in some areas, like Hebron, the Arab population survived because the Israelis needed them as workers. Galilee was mostly Christian, and the Arabs survived there because the Israelis were scared of offending the Vatican. And incidentally, their survival is further evidence that the cleansing of the Palestinians was not accidental, but was planned, as it wouldn’t have occurred otherwise. And some Palestinians survived by accident and sheer good fortune, like the Jews who survived the Holocaust.
