A great deal of planning needs to be done before Sue Elsegood can go out and part of that is checking on toilet facilities for any toilet will not be of use and she will require a changing places toilet, which will have hoist facilities, a changing bed and other facilities .

Unfortunately, these are few and far between and not only in London, but all over the UK.
