Ever so slowly the crimes of Donald Trump are coming home to roost. As usual he is using many tricks he has used in many court cases for most of his life.
In many of those the many tricks were used as delaying tactics while the court costs were rising and as these were involving individuals they decided to stop their actions rather than suffer more costs. However, his current court cares are not being brought by individuals but varying States so increasing costs are not so relevant.
So his current tactics are revolving around his time of being President and in this Trump feels he should have special privileges, but that would assume that Trump is above the Law when he should not be.
While being a former President he is after all just another member of the American population and therefore shouldn’t have any privileges not accorded to all other members of the American population.
He is fighting for his freedom but by tactics he shouldn’t be using.
The facts of the cases appear to be upstanding and at times he appears to have agreed that they are, but that just shows Trump’s is so ignorant of the Law, in fact Trump is ignorant on many issues which should show how he is so unsuitable to be President again.
But then he was totally unsuitable when he did become President which was well proved in his term in office.
All these court cases have to proceed and Trump will be imprisoned for many years. However, this apparently would not stop him being the President again as the American Constitution does not stipulate so as when it was written in 1787, ratified in 1788 and in operation from 1789. Those creating the Constitution could not have dreamt that anyone in prison would become a President, but then they were not aware of Trump.
